With over 17 years of coaching experience across Sri Lanka and the UAE, Fabian has developed swimmers from their first strokes to international competition. Sláinte Aquatics was created to provide a complete high-performance pathway built on technical excellence, sports science and long-term athlete development.
Fabian has worked alongside Olympic and World Championship athletes including Adam Peaty, Chad le Clos, Kyle Chalmers, Siobhan Haughey and Daiya Seto — bringing world-class coaching ideas into every programme.
